Server Updates & Improvements

We’ve rolled out a new set of updates aimed at improving performance, stability, and overall gameplay quality. Thank you to everyone who reported issues and provided feedback!

Removed

• Mobs Plugin Removed
  The mobs plugin has been removed to improve performance and reduce conflicts with other systems.

Added

• Simple Voice Chat Mod
  Players can now use in-game proximity voice chat for a more immersive multiplayer experience.
  (Optional and fully client-side supported)

• Nameplates System
  Improved player name visibility and styling in-game.

• Enhanced Tab List
  A redesigned tab list showing cleaner information and better organization.

• Scoreboard Added
  A new scoreboard has been implemented to display important server information at a glance.

Fixed

• LWC Locking Issues
  Fixed an issue where players were unable to lock chests and containers properly.

• Lands Creation Bug
  Resolved a problem preventing players from creating or managing lands.

• General Stability Improvements
  Multiple behind-the-scenes fixes to improve reliability and smooth gameplay.

Keep Posts Appropriate

• No NSFW, offensive, or disturbing content.

• Keep usernames, profile pictures, and posts suitable for all ages.

Post in the Correct Sections

• Use the proper forum category for your topic.

• Misleading titles or incorrect posting may be removed.

No Exploits or Malicious Behavior

• Do not attempt to abuse bugs or features of the website.

• Any attempt to hack, scam, or bypass systems will result in an immediate ban.

Discord Server Rules

Our Discord is for chatting, support, and server updates.

Respect Everyone

• No harassment, threats, racism, sexism, or toxic behavior.

• Keep disagreements civil.

No Spamming

• Avoid message flooding, caps spam, mic spam, or soundboards.

• Do not abuse pings or @mentions.

Follow Channel Purposes

• Keep discussions in the appropriate channels.

• Do not derail important channels like announcements or support.

No NSFW or Illegal Content

• No inappropriate images, links, or discussions.

• No sharing piracy, cheats, or illegal material.

No Impersonation

• Do not pretend to be staff or another community member.

Protect Privacy

• Do not share personal information (yours or others).

• Doxxing is an instant ban.

Minecraft Server Rules

These rules apply to all gameplay on CenastorMC.

General Behavior

Be Respectful

• No harassment, bullying, or excessive toxicity.

• Keep chat friendly and welcoming.

No Hate Speech

• Any discriminatory language or slurs will result in punishment.

Cheating & Exploits

No Hacked Clients or Unfair Mods

• X-ray, kill aura, fly hacks, auto-clickers, and similar cheats are forbidden.

No Exploiting Bugs

• Do not abuse glitches or unintended mechanics.

• Report bugs to staff instead.

Griefing & Stealing

No Griefing

• Destroying or altering other players’ builds without permission is not allowed.

No Stealing

• Taking items from others (including unlocked chests) is punishable.

Land & Claim Rules

Respect Claims

• Do not bypass protections or attempt to invade claimed land.

No Claim Blocking

• Do not surround or trap other players’ lands to prevent expansion.

Chat & Communication

Keep Chat Appropriate

• No excessive swearing, sexual content, or inappropriate discussions.

No Scamming

• All trades and deals must be fair.

• Scamming other players is not allowed.

Staff Decisions

Follow Staff Instructions

• Staff are here to help enforce rules and keep the server safe.

• Arguing aggressively or refusing instructions may result in punishment.

Appeals

• If you feel a punishment was unfair, you may submit an appeal respectfully through the proper channel.

CenastorMC is built to be a fun, welcoming, and fair community for everyone.

Patch Notes — Server & Website Updates

Hello everyone!

I’ve been hard at work making improvements across both the CenastorMC server and the CenastorMC website. This update includes plugin changes, feature adjustments, and new perks for our supporter ranks.

Thank you all for your patience and continued support while these upgrades were rolled out!

Plugin & Feature Changes

Removed Plugins

To improve performance and simplify systems, the following plugins have been removed for now:

• EliteMobs

• DiscordSRV

These may return in the future once they are reworked or replaced with better-fitting alternatives.

Server Improvements

A large number of behind-the-scenes updates have been made, including:

• General server optimizations and configuration improvements

• Quality-of-life adjustments for smoother gameplay

• Continued balancing of survival progression

• Expanded support systems for protection and economy features

More improvements are still in progress!

Website Updates

The website has also received major updates and cleanup, including:

• Improved layout and organization

• Updated forum categories and community sections

• New account and store integration improvements

• Ongoing work to make the site easier to use for new players

Donor Rank Website Perks Added

Supporter ranks now receive additional website perks, giving donation ranks more value both in-game and online.

These perks may include:

• Special forum styling or badges

• Exclusive website access features

• Enhanced store benefits

• More rank recognition across the community
